Highlights:

Mark Krupp is the founder of Turflink, LLC, a management-consulting firm that assists clients in identifying and investigating potential acquisitions.  Turflink also provides leadership, vision, and operational management for troubled companies. 

 

2006-2009, Mr. Krupp was Executive Vice President of Operations for Marathon Automotive Group. Most of the lean manufacturing efforts were directed through portfolio company CONTECH, LLC, an eight plant manufacturing company with products manufactured using the die casting and forging processes as well as tube welding and fabrication.

 

2004-2005, Mr. Krupp was Executive Vice President and Group President of International Operations of GDX Automotive. GDX is a leading global supplier which designs, markets and manufactures highly engineered sealing systems for both dynamic and static automotive applications. GDX products include weather-strip seals, glass encapsulation, modular sealing systems, engine dampers and anti-vibration components.  GDX operates twenty-one plants including eleven in North America, eight in Europe and two joint ventures in China.

 

2004, Mr. Krupp was Executive Vice President of Guilford, Inc. to provide leadership in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement. Guilford is one of the largest manufacturers of body-cloth and the leading headliner fabric producer in the US and Europe. Mr. Krupp remains an advisor to Guilford.

 

2002, Mr. Krupp  was Executive Vice President-Operations of Pilot Industries, Inc.   Pilot is a full service tier 1 supplier that designs, engineers and manufactures fluid management systems and structural composite components. In August 2002, Mr. Krupp was also named Managing Director-Germany for Pilot Industries. Pilot was sold to Martinrea International at the end of 2002.

 

Mark Krupp has over twenty years experience in manufacturing and materials management. During his fourteen-year career with Jacobsen Textron, he held key management positions including Production Manager, Materials Manager, and Manager of Manufacturing. Mark Krupp joined Ganton Technologies Inc. in 1992 as Director of Materials. He was quickly promoted to the position of General Manager as a direct result of his success in implementing an MRP II system and the automation of Ganton’s machining facilities. Mr. Krupp’s out-of-the-box thinking allowed him to maximize profits while minimizing cash flow needs for capital equipment spending, which directly attributed to the successful turnaround of the Ganton operation. He was instrumental in determining synergies and implementing cost saving solutions for the combined Ganton/Diemakers enterprise.

 

Education:

Mr. Krupp holds Bachelor of Science degrees in both Business Administration and Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, and is a member of APICS. In addition, Mr. Krupp has a CPIM certification.  During his tenure at Jacobsen Textron, he attended the Textron/Harvard Executive Development Program.
